VOLUNTEER

Your help is needed! If you are 16 or older and able to volunteer, please complete this form and click "Submit" below. Please submit only ONE NAME PER FORM. Be sure to select the days and times you would be available to volunteer, as well as each area(s) you would like to help. You will receive a confirmation soon after you sign up but you may not be assigned until sometime after the first of March. Thank you for your willingness to serve.

Volunteer opportunities available:
  • Merchandise sales: Sell merchandise (hats, T-shirts, CD's, etc.) of the performers
    and for the Trinity Valley Will Graham Celebration. (Must be 18 or older.)
  • Ushering: Guide attendees to specific reserved areas and assist with
    crowd flow as needed. This would include the Greeters, and Crowd Control.
  • Recycling: Grounds clean-up.
  • Parking: Assist with directing cars.
  • Catering: Assist caterers, serve, and help in the service areas.
  • Logistics: Assist with set up and movement of fences, tents, barricades; run errands for Production Team.
